The art of inspecting manufactured/mobile homes, including a quick history, a brief overview of some of the more common types of factory-built housing, the differences between manufactured homes and mobile homes, and how they differ from site-built residential construction.

He will cover some of the more common code differences, commonly found issues to look for during an inspection, improper modifications, and typical problems. This presentation is geared primarily for the bay area, but most of this is true for rural properties in other portions of California.
