Real Estate Transfer Compliance - A Presentation for Your Realtors
Craig will be debuting a presentation developed for home inspectors to present to realtors. Things have slowed down in the industry presenting a perfect time to get in front of brokers and agents. The presentation Craig will debut will cover the most important, common ground issue that the home inspector, agents and brokers share during a real estate transfer. Perhaps helping the owner/seller stay in compliance with California real estate transfer laws. It covers California compliance in real estate transfers to include the California pool safety act, smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors and water heater strapping. Basic and important information not only to agents but a terrific review for the new and old crusty inspectors alike.
Many of you probably know Craig as cofounder of Krawlgear and the Krawler. He is also the owner of Wellhouse Home Inspections, holds a degree in Architecture and is licensed both as an Architect and General Contractor. He has served as an expert witness pertaining to home inspection standards. Mr. Moorhead holds current membership in ASHI at the local and national level and is a current and past officer of ASHI / CREIA Silicon Valley Chapter.
