• Education and support offerings under the new structure
• The new Young Professionals Network (YPN) Meeting Group
• ASHI World Conference and membership incentives for 2026

Following the presentation, there will be an open Q&A session where members can ask questions directly to both Duane and Scott.

About Duane Morrison

Duane brings 20 years of experience as a residential and commercial property inspector and is the  Chairman of the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA). He also serves as a Director on the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Board of Directors, where he helps guide the profession's future.

A United States Army Veteran, Duane served as a tank commander during Desert Storm. He has been a dedicated leader within CREIA since 2018, serving as Membership Chairman and Greater San Gabriel Valley Chapter President, and has long championed inspector education, membership growth, and professional standards. 

Duane is the President of Morrison Plus Property Inspections, based in Glendora, California, and the Founder of Morrison Plus Franchising, which has grown to 16 franchise locations across the United States. He is also the CEO of Bugnex Inc., a termite and pest control company, and the President of AccuWriter Home Inspection Software, scheduled for release in 2026.
